<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Cracked Ice</li>
<li>Juice of 2 limes</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of sugar syrup</li>
<li>3 measures (45 ml each) of white rum</li>
<li>1 slice of lemon to garnish</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Serves: 1</strong></p>
<p>Put lots of cracked ice into a coctail shaker. Pour the lime juice, sugar syrup and rum over the ice. Shake thoroughly until a frost forms. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with slice of lemon.</p>
