Some of Life’s Best Moments

A friend of mine sent me a list that reflect some of the life’s best moments-

1. Lying in bed listening to the rain outside
2. Taking a long drive on a calm road
3. Finding money in an old purse just when you need it
4. Giggling naughtily
5. Holding hands with friends
6. Eyes filling with wild tears after a big laugh

I’ve added to that list with my own -

1. A warm hug
2. Someone singing to you when you are in pain
3. Waking up in the morning and watching someone you love asleep next to you
4. Walking bare foot on fresh grass
5. Bouncing on a hay stack
6. Walking in the rain - sharing an umbrella with someone you care about
7. A baby curling their tiny fingers around your finger
8. The blossoms / fruit of a lovingly tended plant
9. Receiving a home made card/present
10. Giving home made cards /presents
11. Picking wild flowers
12. Finding beautiful formations of quartz
13. Sailing paper boats in puddles of rain water
14. Slow dancing
15. Going through old paraphernalia and thinking about the happy memories
16. Old pictures
17. Carrying a little baby
18. Reaching the peak of a mountain
19. Standing on a cliff edge watching the world at your feet
20. A hot shower after a long day
21. Watching someone relish the food you cook
22. Spontaneous Pictures
