Pink Party
I was invited to a Princess themed birthday party and not just any old princess party, Melody made sure it had all the flavors of the Little Princess theme with the trimmings that included a pink and purple theme.
Dug around for some ideas and finally settled on making her this card.
Coupled the card with a pair of lovely Marcasite studded silver earrings that were fit for a princess!
Picked up a black halter with pink trimmings to wear for the evening. Decided that I might as well get one for my wardrobe …. Ya ya I dress conservatively most of the time 
Rushed home after work, took a shower and headed to Melody’s place. She sure did the look like the Princess holding court with a pretty pink dress and tiara. See for yourself if you dont believe me!
Danced a bit at the party (though I did miss my fav jive partner 
) and also managed to slip and have a nasty fall. But as always picked myself up and kept going. Met Melody’s sister who was down for a holiday. Her mum put out a lovely spread for dinner. All in all had a nice evening inspite of the fact that I was exhausted from the week!
