Scarcity of Resources
I’ve been working for the last 11 days and haven’t accomplished much. The sole reason being the lack of resources at work. For a multi million dollar company, it sure doesn’t say much.
We’re been given projects which to a large extent are research based. How does one hope to achieve anything without a workstation, computer and an internet connection?

I guess you are too demanding… and just TOO EAGER to work. You should learn from what my boss once told me, “Joel! Sometimes you will find that there is no work to do. Dont be disappointed. Just hang on and something will come your way.”
