A day spent Goa style!
After two action packed days. We decided to stay at home on Thursday and enjoy the laid back life characteristic of Goa. Spent a part of the morning over crossword puzzles. In the evening took Ajay to a place which to me is most representative of Goa I love- the paddy fields. Though the paddy (rice) has been harvested there was still a lot of green as it had rained earlier in the month. I love walking through the crunchy fields, feeling the stubble of the plants under my feet.
Usually there are no cattle in the field at this time of the year. But because of the tender green grass and plants we saw herds of buffalo and some goats and a feisty lamb. Reminded me of Mary had a little lamb ……..
While Ruth, Granny and I went to pay the Ferrao family a condolence visit, Ajay and Crispin got some internet work done by sitting at the grotto of Our Lady outside Church. Reason it is at the top of the hill so the network is stronger.
We picked my some bread and the boys and headed home. We needed the rest for the Friday Bazaar at Mapusa. But that is another story.

I think Ajay has a problem with you tarnishing his image but wrongly reporting events! You should be a little more careful when you mention AJAY DSOUZA of Ajaydouza.com fame!
